Pallet Block
A structural element used to create the base of a wooden pallet. It is a cubic or rectangular block that supports the upper platform of the pallet and provides the distance between the floor and the load on the pallet. The blocks are made of pressed pine.
Features:
- Size:90mm х 90mm х 90/130mm
- Wood: pine
Usage:
- Manufacturing of pallets: Used as the main supporting elements in the construction of wooden pallets. Checkers are attached to the bottom and top boards of the pallet, creating a stable platform for the load
- Pallet Repair: Used to replace damaged checkers during the pallet repair process, extending their service life
- Increasing strength: Used to provide greater strength and stability of the pallet when transporting heavy loads
Advantages:
- Stability: They provide an even distribution of the weight of the cargo throughout the pallet, which contributes to its stability
- Strength: Help withstand heavy loads, making pallets suitable for heavy and bulky loads
- Ventilation and hygiene: Raises the pallet above the ground, ensuring air circulation underneath and reducing the risk of cargo contamination
- Versatility: Can be used for many types of pallets, including standard Euro pallets (EPAL), disposable pallets and other specialized designs
Pallet blocks are important elements that ensure the strength, stability and durability of wooden pallets, making them reliable for transporting and storing goods in various industries and logistics.
